DLSA organises training programme in Lohardaga

Under the guidance of PDJ co-DLSA President Rajkamal Mishra, a two-day training under NALSA Scheme Child Friendly Legal Services for Children Scheme 2024 was inaugurated on Wednesday in the conference room located in the Behavioral Court complex. The inauguration was done by lighting the lamp by Chief Justice Family Court Mr. Subhash, DJ First Akhilesh Kumar Tiwari, PLA Chairman Shiv Kumar, Dalsa Secretary Rajesh Kumar and panel advocates. On the occasion, Chief Judge of the Family Court said that children are the future of the country. We all should work in the interest of children so that children do not go on the wrong path. Provide information to those children who are untouched by the mainstream of society so that they can develop. They should not stay away from development. DJ Pratham talked about childrens rights and the POCSO Act. He said that many legal acts have been made in the interest of children. A child friendly environment has been created in the court. Besides, the police also have to work in a child friendly manner. PLA Chairman said that children are the leaders of the society. They play an important role in taking society forward. The progress of the country and society depends on the development of children. Many schemes are being run by the government for the development of children. He talked about paying attention to childrens health and education. Dalsa Secretary Rajesh Kumar said that under the Friendly Legal Services Scheme 2024, a legal services unit has been formed for children. In which Dalsa Secretary, Chairman PLA, LADCS Chief, Panel Advocate, PLV have been included. At the same time, he told about the laws made regarding the rights and safety of children. At the same time, he told about missing children, exploited children, trafficked children, children involved in drug abuse, child marriage, childrens rights, Right to Education, POCSO Act, rights of disabled children, Child Labor Act etc. He said that all children have extraordinary potential which needs to be harnessed. It depends on how we look at it. Panel advocate was present on the occasion.
