Morhabadi is readying for Hemants 2nd consecutive  swearing in ceremony

Historical Morhabadi Ground of the State Capital is readying itself to witness second consecutive and fourth swearing in ceremony of incumbent Chief Minister (CM), Hemant Soren which is scheduled to be held on November 28. Chief Secretary Alka Tiwari on Monday reviewed the preparations for the swearing-in ceremony at the Project Bhawan. Many guidelines were also given regarding this. The responsibility of organizing the swearing-in ceremony has been entrusted to the Ranchi District Administration. For this, many guidelines have also been given to Ranchi Deputy Commissioner (DC) Varun Ranjan. The Cabinet Coordination Department will monitor the entire event. After the meeting with the Chief Secretary, Ranchi DC and SSP also inspected the venue, Morhabadi Ground. Meanwhile, Ranjan held a meeting on Monday regarding the preparations for the swearing-in ceremony of the Chief Minister and the members of the Council of Ministers.  All the top officials of the district administration were present in this meeting. In this meeting, a detailed discussion was held regarding the swearing-in ceremony of the Chief Minister and the members of the Council of Ministers. Leaders of the major parties of the India Alliance and senior administrative officials are likely to attend it. Also, a large number of people are likely to gather at the venue. In such a situation, a detailed discussion was held with the concerned officials to maintain law and order and security arrangements at the venue. In this meeting, instructions were given to the concerned officer regarding deputation of all the concerned officers. During this, the concerned officers were instructed regarding the oath taking ceremony to complete all the arrangements related to the program within the stipulated time. This includes transport arrangements for the movement of people, food arrangements, arrangements for accommodation of guests coming from other states during the ceremony and arrangements for their traditional welcome and parking, traffic arrangements, movement of VVIP vehicles, minute to minute of the program, routing, control room, drinking water arrangements, mobile toilets, fire fighting arrangements and all other necessary arrangements. Meanwhile, Ranchis Deputy Commissioner Varun Ranjan reviewed the preparations being made in Morabadi for the swearing-in ceremony. This time in the assembly elections, the All India Alliance has got 56 seats. JMM has got 34 seats, Congress has got 16 seats, RJD has got 4 seats, while CPI(ML) has got 2 seats.
