Chouhan leaves for Delhi after 90 days poll duty

Union Agriculture Minister and Jharkhand Assembly Election Incharge Shivraj Singh Chouhan on Thursday invited State President Babulal Marandi, Organization Minister and other BJP officials to his residence, held an informal meeting and discussed various topics in detail. Shivraj Singh Chouhan expressed his happiness by offering sweets to all the officials. After this, Shivraj Singh Chouhan reached the BJP office and thanked all the employees working in the office including sweepers, liftmen, cooks, and other employees of BJP office for their tireless hard work and cooperation in the elections. During this, all the workers and employees shared their experiences with Chouhan. Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that, Bharatiya Janata Party is a family, in the family there is a minister, in the family there is a Chief Minister, but all the workers are a family who are engaged in the mission of nation revival. They have also worked hard day and night in the elections. Today I have discussed with all of them in a friendly meeting. Shivraj Singh said that, I am taking very sweet memories from Jharkhand. This is a very wonderful state, there are many possibilities here. The people here have given a lot of affection and love. Yesterday was the last day of the election campaign, today I am leaving from here as in-charge but as a Union Minister I will keep coming to Jharkhand and will keep making every possible effort for the development of Jharkhand and welfare of the people through my ministries, said Chouhan. Chouhan camped in Jharkhand for more than 90 days working as BJPs election in-charge for the assembly elections. Voting for the two-phase polling ended on Wednesday and the results are scheduled to be declared on Saturday. Exuding confidence on BJP winning the election, Chouhan said, The BJP-led NDA will form a majority govt in the state after the results are declared. This is based on the feedback that I received from the grassroots-level workers. Im leaving Jharkhand with sweet memories. The state and its people are wonderful. Everyone has shown great affection towards me." Earlier in the day, he expressed his gratitude to the party members at the BJP office and spent time with his staff at the temporary residence over breakfast. "Party workers are our real strength. They had put in a lot of hard work for the past few months," he added.   Chouhan plants 50 saplings during his stay in Jharkhand   Union Minister and Jharkhand Election In-charge Shivraj Singh Chouhan has been planting a sapling every day for the last more than 3 years. He plants saplings with the public on the occasion of peoples birthdays, death anniversaries, memorial days, special achievements or any special purpose. He has planted more than 4000 saplings so far under this campaign. During his stay in Jharkhand, the Union Minister planted saplings with the people here in various cities of Jharkhand including Ranchi, Jamshedpur, Netarhat, Deoghar, Bokaro, Dhanbad. There were many such occasions when even after coming back from Bhopal or Delhi, he planted saplings with the public in Jharkhand. Chouhan planted a total of 50 saplings during his stay of the last three months in Jharkhand. Today, while leaving Jharkhand, Chouhan planted saplings with the people in Nivaranpur, Ranchi.
