He further accused the BJP of fostering an atmosphere of intimidation to weaken opposition forces. "The BJP can go to any extent for power," Dr. Ajoy  remarked, hinting that this assassination could be a deliberate attempt to silence and control political rivals in the state. He called on authorities to ensure justice for Siddiqui and provide better security for public figures in these volatile times.
