Only BJP can protect Jharkhands culture from Bangladeshi intruders: Champai

  • | Thursday | 26th September, 2024

Only the BJP can protect Jharkhands culture and civilization from Bangladeshi intruders, asserted former Chief Minister Champai Soren during a massive Parivartan Sabha held in Joodi Gaon Stadium Ground of Potka Assembly. His call for change resonated deeply with the thousands of local residents and BJP supporters gathered for the event, part of the Bharatiya Janata Partys ongoing Kolhan Mandal Sankalp Yatra.   The assembly, chaired by BJP Jamshedpur President Sudhanshu Ojha, featured prominent leaders including former Union Minister Arjun Munda, Jamshedpur MP Bidyut Mahato, and former State President Dr. Dineshanand Goswami. They rallied the crowd with passionate speeches aimed at addressing the pressing issues facing Jharkhand today.   Soren emphasized that the BJP has consistently worked to beautify and develop Jharkhand since the movement for its creation. The inclusion of the Santhali language in the Eighth Schedule is a testament to our commitment to the tribal community, he said. However, he lamented the current situation, stating, Bangladeshi infiltration has become a significant issue in the Kolhan region, and the solution is crucial.   Former Union Minister Arjun Munda echoed Sorens sentiments, expressing the widespread frustration among Jharkhands populace due to the coalition governments loot, lies, and broken promises. Munda highlighted the plight of tribal leaders, questioning why Hemant Soren, the current Chief Minister, has sidelined prominent tribal figures like Champai Soren. This is an insult to the entire tribal society, he remarked, criticizing the governments negligence towards implementing critical laws like the Forest Rights Act.   Munda also drew attention to the plight of youth in Jharkhand, noting the distressing reality of 17 young candidates losing their lives in the race for merely 600 police constable positions. He called out the government for its failure to provide promised financial aid, accusing it of betraying the hopes of women, farmers, and the elderly.   Jamshedpur MP reinforced the message of change, asserting that the past five years have been marked by corruption and mismanagement. The people of Jharkhand deserve better, he declared, while outlining how the previous BJP government was more responsive to public needs, including quick repairs of transformers and the opening of closed mines.   Dr. Dineshanand Goswami, former state president of the BJP, lamented the rise in atrocities against women and the lack of accountability for offenders, stating that the government has failed to provide safety and justice. The law and order situation in Jharkhand has deteriorated under Hemant Sorens administration, he pointed out.   Former Potka MLA Maneka Sardar voiced her concerns over womens safety, claiming they live in an atmosphere of fear due to government indifference and vote bank politics. She expressed confidence that the public is ready to respond to the governments failures in the upcoming elections.   State Minister and Co-in-charge of the Parivartan Yatra, Nandji Prasad, called for unity against the current administrations negligence of tribal leaders. The people of Kolhan will not forget this humiliation, he asserted, highlighting a growing sentiment for change across Jharkhand.
