The Jharkhand Government had signed an MoU for Indian Administrative Fellowship (IAF) created by Bengaluru-based NGO The/Nudge Institute on 14 August 2024, which has been approved by Chief Minister Hemant Soren. The objective of this program is to promote innovation and use of technology in the administration of the state. It is known that more than 18 lakh citizens have benefited from the successful use of IAF in Karnataka, Punjab and Central Government. The CM said that the launch of Indian Administrative Fellowship in Jharkhand is an important step in the development of the state. We have natural resources and talented population, which is ready to embrace new opportunities. He said that the purpose of this special program is to promote partnership between government and private sectors so that positive change can be brought in the lives of more and more people and new inventions can be encouraged. Under this program, experienced professionals from the private sector will get an opportunity to work closely with the state bureaucracy for 18 months, so that they can contribute to the development of the state. By combining the expertise and resources of the private sector with the administrative capacity of the government, this partnership is a unique opportunity to bring positive change in the lives of the people of Jharkhand. The trainees selected under this agreement will work closely with important government departments Chief Secretary (CS Office), Finance, Rural Development, Agriculture, Scheduled Castes and Tribes and Minority Classes Department. This partnership will be an important step for the overall and complete development of Jharkhand.
