Principal Oasis School hatched conspiracy to steal NEET question paper

The CBI is investigating the famous NEET paper leak case. The CBI investigation has revealed that Dr. Ahsanul Haque, Principal of Hazaribagh-based Oasis School, was deputed as the city coordinator of Hazaribagh for the NEET UG 2024 exam. Ahsanul Haque, along with the Vice Principal of the same school and Center Superintendent for NEET UG exam Mohammad Imtiaz Alam and other accused, had conspired to steal the NEET question paper. The CBI has also identified the beneficiary candidates of the paper leak The CBI said that so far a total of 48 people have been arrested in this NEET paper leak case. The CBI has also identified the beneficiary candidates of this paper leak and has shared their details with the National Testing Agency for necessary action. Further investigation is going on in relation to the remaining arrested accused and other aspects. The CBI has filed a second chargesheet against six accused in the NEET paper leak case. The CBI has filed a second chargesheet before the special court for CBI cases in Patna against six accused. These include Baldev Kumar alias Chintu, Sunny Kumar, Dr. Ahsanul Haq Principal, Oasis School, Hazaribagh and Hazaribagh City Coordinator Mohammad Imtiaz Alam Vice Principal Oasis School and Center Superintendent, Jamaluddin alias Jamal a reporter of a newspaper, Hazaribagh and Aman Kumar Singh. The CBI had earlier filed the first chargesheet against 13 accused on August 1. The chargesheet has been presented against all of them under various sections of the Indian Penal Code. Which includes Section 120-B, criminal conspiracy, Section 109 incitement, Section 409 criminal breach of trust, Section 420 fraud, Section 380 theft, Section 201 disappearance of evidence and Section 411 dishonestly receiving stolen property.
