Deputy Commissioner  Vijaya Jadhav and Superintendent of Police  Pujya Prakash inspected the final rehearsal for the 78th Independence Day parade at the Police Line Grounds in Sector 12. DC Jadhav saluted the national flag following the inspection.   The parade included various platoons from the District Armed Forces, CRPF, CISF, Home Guard, NCC, and local schools. The grounds have been freshly decorated for the event. All arrangements have been finalized, with additional precautions in place due to potential rain. Security measures have been strengthened with officials stationed at entry points.     Several dignitaries, including Deputy Development Commissioner Girija Shankar Prasad, Additional Collector M. Mumtaz Ansari, Sub-Divisional Officer of Chas Om Prakash Gupta, Headquarters DSP  Animesh Gupta, DTO Vandana Shejwalkar, District Public Relations Officer  Saket Kumar Pandey, and Assistant Public Relations Officer  Avinash Kumar Singh, were also present at the event.
