A two-day official language technical workshop began on Monday at Prakash Hall in CCL Headquarters, Ranchi, on the topic High-level MS Office and Artificial Intelligence.   The workshop was inaugurated by CCL Director (Personnel), Harsh Nath Mishra. The keynote speaker at the programme was Mr Om Prakash Agarwal, former Chief Manager of Reserve Bank of India and expert in Advanced Microsoft.   On this special occasion, Mishra said in his address that computers have become essential not only in office but also in daily life. "Todays workshop is also important because we all have the responsibility to take the official language forward with technology. So try to take full advantage of this workshop. Along with learning, share the acquired knowledge with your colleagues as well, only then the objective of this workshop will be fulfilled," he said.   General Manager (Official Language) Sanjay Thakur said that whatever problem related to MS Word, Excel comes in our daily work can definitely be solved by this workshop.   Chief Guest and Keynote Speaker Om Prakash Agarwal made the participants aware of the latest technologies of computers, especially various technical aspects and tools of MS Word.   Employees from headquarters and various areas participated in this workshop.   The workshop is being organized with the active cooperation of General Manager (Official Language) Sanjay Thakur, Divik Divesh, Baliram Singh and others.
