BJP raises questions on implementation of Govt schemes

  • | Wednesday | 7th August, 2024

BJP state spokesperson Pratul Shahdev on Tuesday raised questions on the governments record of implementation of welfare schemes. Pratul said that the government which has not been able to formulate local policy and planning policy till date, could not implement the 1932 Khatian, could not give unemployment allowance of ₹ 5000 and ₹ 7000 per month to the unemployed. It is meaningless to expect successful implementation of any new scheme from such a government on its political death bed. Pratul said that in fact the corruption of this government has defamed Jharkhand at the international level. Chief Minister Hemant Soren has visited jail. The former rural development minister is currently in jail. All the courtiers of the Chief Minister are inside the jail. There is chaos in the state. Law and order has collapsed. To divert attention from all this, Chief Minister Hemant Soren brought the Maiyaan Samman Yojana without any preparation. Pratul said that in the first four days itself the intention of the government towards this scheme was exposed. Servers are down in most places. Middlemen are dominating. Forms are not being submitted. This clearly shows that the governments haste in view of the elections has caused a major mess. Pratul said that the incidents of women harassment in this government have broken the record of the first 19 years of Jharkhand. In 5 years, the honor of about 7000 daughters and daughters-in-law was looted. The government has not yet issued a white paper to tell how many of these accused were punished through fast track court. According to the information, in most of the cases, even charge sheets were not filed. Pratul said that this government was so engrossed in loot and plunder that it did not even look back at its manifesto. A glance at the manifesto once reveals that none of the declarations made in it were implemented. Pratul said that Jharkhand Mukti Morcha, intoxicated with power, does not even remember the promises made in its manifesto. In todays press conference, the spokesperson of Jharkhand Mukti Morcha clearly said that there is no mention of stove allowance in their manifesto. Whereas in the Rights of Women chapter of their Nischay Patra, it is clearly written that women will get ₹ 2000 per month as stove expenses. Pratul said that this shows the insensitivity of this government and party towards women. Pratul said that now at the time of its departure, the Hemant government is doing new dramas every day to divert attention from its failures. But the public has seen its unsuccessful track record of 5 years. In the upcoming elections, the public will wipe out JMM.
