Inclusive University for Divyangjans is a historic initiative. He said that not everyone has everything in human life. Our Divyangjans are also included in them. Taking inspiration from his works, an initiative is being taken to establish Divyangjan University. He said that Jharkhand is basically a rich state. It is well-equipped with forests and bushes, but it is also backward. He is not criticizing anyone for backwardness, but we should think about how to make it more developed. He said that if there is willpower, then every problem can be solved. The government is constantly developing facilities for higher education. Every facility is being provided to the students.
