Minister of State for Defence and MP from Ranchi, Sanjay Seth today announced to open a wool bank for the needy people in winter. Union Minister said that there is a large population in the winter, which does not get warm clothes. The shivering of cold sometimes takes their lives. Such children, women, elderly, people of all classes face this problem. Certainly, it is also the responsibility of the society to protect those people from the cold. With this objective, a wool bank has been started in Ranchi. This bank has been started so early so that warm clothes can reach the needy as soon as winter starts. Addressing the journalists Seth said that the people of Ranchi supported me a lot in the book bank and toy bank. This is the reason that we could distribute more than 3 lakh books through the book bank. More than 70 thousand toys were distributed among the needy children through Toy Bank. Now I once again urge the society to fulfill its responsibility for those who do not have warm clothes to protect themselves from the cold. The Union Minister has appealed to the citizens of Ranchi that whatever old but good condition warm clothes are lying in your house, which you do not use for yourself. Clean those clothes and deposit them in my central office. These clothes will reach the needy in both urban and rural areas. In the press conference, the Union Minister also criticized the state government. On the issue of law and order, the Union Minister said that what kind of a city is this, where journalists are also being attacked. Lawyers are being murdered. Even the inspector who has the responsibility of giving security to the society is not safe. This clearly shows that the criminals have open protection of the state government. The government, which is running with the alliance of JMM, Congress and RJD with the leftists, has given a free hand to the criminals. Therefore, the graph of crime is constantly increasing. It is an unfortunate situation that in the capital where the Chief Minister lives, where all the ministers of the government live, crimes are taking place in broad daylight. When the sub-inspector and the lawyer are not safe, then we can easily imagine who is safe in this state? The Union Minister said that I repeatedly warn the government to rein in those who sell drugs and intoxicants. It also has a connection with the criminal world, but the government has only put up hoardings and banners on this issue. No work has been seen on the ground. Now it seems as if the people of Ranchi accept this jungle raj and crime-ridden rule as their destiny. Certainly, this system is reminding us of the jungle raj of Bihar. The Union Minister took the Chief Minister to task on the severe waterlogging in Ranchi. He said that this government is only deceiving the people. Last year also such a problem of water logging had occurred in the capital. Even then I had warned the government. It is unfortunate that when plans for the rainy season had to be prepared in the summer days. When I was working on all these issues, the people of JMM-Congress were playing with the government. They have made the capital their toy. They have no concern for the people of the capital. Yesterday when the entire capital was flooded, not a single representative of the government was ready to take care of the people. Neither the ministers of the government, nor the officers of the government. No one took care of the people of the capital. People kept crying for help everywhere but they remained immersed in their power. The Union Minister warned the state government that if the functioning of the government does not improve, then the people of the state will destroy them.
