A 12-day Kanwar Yatra was taken out on Sunday by Bindas Kavariya Sangh, Bijupada under Chanho block. The Kanwar Yatra was flagged off by youth leader Sunny Toppo. Addressing tha gathering on the occasion Toppo said that the tradition of offering water to Lord Shivas temple in the month of Shravan with faith and belief has been going on for centuries. It has a different significance and it provide a lot of peace to the worshippers. The Month of Sawan has important for people so that they pour water to Lord Shiva to get his blessing,  he added. The Youth Leader also said that he has also immense faith in Lord Shiva so that he came to launch the pious Yatra. It provide me immense peace and blessing of lord Shiva, he added. The entire atmosphere was resonating with the chants of Har Har Mahadev and Bol Bam. After worshiping and offering water in Shiva temples, the group of Kanwariyas left for Ayodhya Dham. During this Kawar Yatra, the Kanwariyas will visit Deoghar, Rajgir, Triveni, Ayodhya, Vindhyachal and other places.
