The Deputy Commissioner, Garhwa Shekhar Jamuar conducted a surprise check of Block cum Circle Office Bardiha.  During the inspection, DC checked  the incoming register, outgoing register, total availability and vacancy of employees in the office as well as all types of cash registers . All types of schemes run under  the block limitoffice and the schemes register, records, related to Birsa irrigation well, TCB, Dobha, mango gardening, Didi Bari scheme under MNREGA were thoroughly checked. Records of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, Abua Awas Yojana, scheme run by 15th Finance, food grain distribution, bicycle distribution, Savitribai Phule Kishori Samridhi Yojana were inspected.   The Deputy Commissioner said that all the blocks and circle offices of Garhwa district will be inspected in this manner one by one. After the inspection of the block office, the circle office Bardihha was inspected, in which the number of personnel available in the circle office, the number of revenue employees, pending mutations by Halka, caste, residential certificate, income certificate and the updated status of other types of certificates were reviewed, in which information was taken on the executed and pending cases. During the inspection, Vijay Kumar Sub-Divisional Officer Garhwa, Ravish Raj Singh Land Reforms Sub-Collector Garhwa and Block Development Officer Block Office Bardiha, other officers and employees were present. During the inspection, some deficiencies were found in some registers, which were directed to be updated and corrected within a week and reported.
