PATNA: The State on Saturday registered 240 dengue cases, taking the tally this year to 2035. The maximum 63 cases were reported from Patna.As per the data shared by the health department, Bhagalpur had the second highest single-day 24 cases, followed by Begusarai (21), Munger (13) and Aurangabad (9). The state recorded rise in cases after a slight dip on Friday. For instance, 213 cases were reported on Friday and 196 patients were undergoing treatment at different government hospitals. On Saturday, the daily caseload increased to 240 and 204 patients were undergoing treatment.Meanwhile, the state government on Saturday uploaded the names of the government hospitals from where platelets could be procured.
