He said that wife and all in-laws live at Banaras Bank Chowk in Muzaffarpur town.Bhushan said that Jitendra’s brother suspected that he was killed due to dispute over one bigha land at Motichak under Khagaul police station area with his brother-in-law.“The killing came to light after locals informed police that an injured person was lying in a pool of blood on road,” he said.The SHO said Jitendra was rushed to a nearby government hospital where he was declared dead by the doctors.Jitendra’s elder brother told TOI that they used to live together in a rented flat at Guru Sahay enclave at Magistrate colony in city.“On Wednesday, my brother first reached at my clinic along with me as usual and left for high court after which the incident took place.
