Known YouTube Vlogger Danish Mulla also popularly known as Danish Zehen passed away in a car accident in the wee hours of Thursday. Zehen had about 915k followers on his Instagram page. According to the Mankhurd police, the 23-year-old YouTuber was driving home in Nerul along with his brother Shehzad Sayyed, Navi Mumbai after attending a relative's wedding in Kurla. The lifestyle blogger was in a Honda City when the accident occurred. "At Sion-Panvel Highway around 12.30 am, his vehicle rammed into an electric pole after he lost control after hitting a stone lying on the highway. Danish died on the spot, while Shehzad's condition is critical," said Senior Police Inspector Nitin Bobade of Mankhurd Police Station. Soon after the mishap, the cops were informed by other motorists. A police team rushed to the spot and took Shehzad and Danish to MGM Hospital in Vashi. Danish's body was later handed over to his family after post-mortem. "The speed of vehicle must be over 70 kmph at the time of the mishap. With less traffic at night, people tend to speed up their vehicles on the highway. We have registered a case against Danish under sections 304A (causing death by negligence), 279 (rash driving) and 337 (causing hurt by act endangering life or personal safety of others) of the Indian Penal Code. Danish was not drunk at the time of the incident," said inspector Bobade.
