In line with its commitment to uplifting the underprivileged and marginalised communities through various Central and state schemes, the Yogi Adityanath government has implemented the PM Vishwakarma Yojana. As a result, over 2.7 million residents of Uttar Pradesh have applied for this scheme. A three-tier verification process is being conducted for all applications, after which training and loan facilities will be provided as needed, ensuring the enrollment of all eligible individuals. Notably, Kaushambi has achieved the highest ranking in the second phase of verification, surpassing its own performance in the first. Multiple initiatives are being launched by the government to integrate the lower strata of society into the mainstream and to empower them economically. Periodic campaigns are organised to facilitate access to these schemes. Currently, there is a focused effort to maximise the benefits of the PM Vishwakarma Yojana. As a result, 2,747,017 individuals have applied online through the PM Vishwakarma portal.
