Mithun barber, who runs a salon in Brijendra Nagar locality in Lalganj of Rae Bareli district, has been sent a gift by Congress leader Rahul Gandhi. In this gift, Rahul has sent some salon items to Mithun. Mithun was very happy to receive the salon items. On May 13, Rahul Gandhi held a public meeting at Baiswara Inter College playground. While returning after addressing the election rally there, Rahul had stopped at a salon in Lalganj and got his beard trimmed by a barber, Mithun. This became a topic of discussion, while Mithun also became famous in the area. After the May incident, Rahul Gandhi has now sent a special gift to Mithun. Earlier, a cobbler of Sultanpur had also received a gift from Rahul Gandhi. Reports said that Congress workers reached Mithun with gifts on Thursday. The gifts included a shampoo chair, two hair cutting chairs and an inverter battery. Mithun expressed happiness on receiving this gift from Rahul Gandhi, the Congress MP and leader of opposition in Lok Sabha. He expressed his gratitude to Rahul. Mithun said he was very happy to receive the goods sent by Rahul Gandhi. Mithun said, The business has increased a lot since Rahul Gandhi came to my shop. I did not expect to get a return gift.
