A strict vigil has been maintained to ensure that there is no irregularity during the written examination to be held on August 23, 24, 25, 30 and 31 for recruitment to 60,244 posts of constable of civil police in Uttar Pradesh. The UP Police Recruitment and Promotion Board has also taken a new initiative to gather information about any attempt to break into the examination. Complaints of any attempt to break the sanctity of the examination can be made directly on WhatsApp number 9454457951 and email address satarkta.policeboardgmail.com. Anyone can give information about irregularities and secrecy of his name will be maintained. The Police Recruitment Board officials say that anyone can directly give information about paper leak, paper purchase, cheating in the examination, solver gang or any other type of irregularity. The board will investigate the complaints and strict legal action will be ensured immediately if any irregularity is found. The recruitment board has also appealed to the citizens to cooperate in keeping the recruitment process clean. The recruitment board had conducted the written exam for recruitment of constables in two shifts on February 18 and 19. The recruitment exam was cancelled due to paper leak. Now the board has announced that it will conduct the written exam for recruitment of constables in 10 shifts in five days for security reasons. About five lakh candidates will appear for the exam in one shift. The Special Task Force has also been activated to keep a close watch on solver gangs and paper leakers. This time very strict security arrangements are being ensured at the examination centres. Admit cards will be issued to all 48,17,442 candidates of the cancelled exam. These will also include 15,48,769 female candidates.
