Hyderabad: Metro Rail in Old City soon, notices issued to property owners

Hyderabad: Metro Rail service will soon be made available to the residents of the Old City of Hyderabad.
The officials of Metro Rail Project also informed that after shifting the office of QQDA from Darulshifa, metro rail station will be constructed.
However, officials of metro rail project have already started construction to connect Mahatma Gandhi Bus station to Falaknuma via Darulshifa.
It is expected that orders will be issued for shifting of the office of QQDA within a week to enable metro rail project to acquire the land.
In this connection, officials of GHMC have already issued notices to property owners whose houses and shops are likely to be acquired for providing the service.
