Delhi Police on Wednesday apprehended a 19 year old accused in the Guru Tegh Bahadur (GTB) Hospital firing case where a 32 year old dentist was shot dead by a teenager inside the ward of the hospital in a case of mistaken identity. The accused, who is the third arrest in the case, has been identified as Moin is a resident of Ghaziabads Loni.  "He is among the main conspirators and was involved in the recce before the firing incident. He has conducted recce for continuous 4 days of the hospital along with his associates Ayan, Aman and Shavez," DCP Shahdara Surendra Choudhary said. Earlier, the police on Monday nabbed two accused, 20 year old Faiz from Loni in Uttar Pradesh and Farhan from Delhis Chauhan Banger area, but said they did not fire the shots on Sunday evening. However, they provided logistic support to the main accused. Moin is the brother of Faiz and was present with him at the apartment of Faheem, associated with the Hasim baba gang, who was the mastermind of the incident. While Faiz provided that vehicle used in the commission of offence, Moin was involved in hiding the motorcycle.
