A collision between a truck with a trailer on the Munirka Flyover in southwest Delhi on Tuesday morning, leading to traffic congestion on the stretch and causing frustration among the commuters. DCP Southwest Rohit Meena said, Accident of Trolla and a truck happened on the Munirka flyover. Moreover, no one was injured in the accident. The accident affected traffic movement on the stretch which resumed later. The Delhi Traffic Police took to social media platform X to warn commuters of the traffic congestion on Outer Ring Road in the carriageway from IIT towards Delhi Cantonment. Meanwhile, the commuters also expressed the inconvenience caused to them from the traffic situation across the national capital on social media about.         One of them said the traffic was massive in Delhis Mahipalpur area. Other X users reported that there were huge traffic jams near Bhajanpura petrol pump, near Rohini court, from Modi Mill flyover to Kalkaji temple, and other areas. Commenting on the incident, one X user stated, Trailer should be ceased as this is designed act to create trouble for commuters. DTP should ensure that whenever these trucks are crossing through Delhi roads they need to be on the left only & no overtaking. During night they drive as these roads are only for them. However, two hours later, the police shared another post mentioning both the vehicles had been removed and traffic movement was resumed.
