Sukesh threatens legal action over his biopic

Conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar, who is accused in a Rs 200 crore cheating case involving the wife of a former Fortis Healthcare promoter, has threatened to pursue legal action against individuals involved in creating a film or biopic based on his life and personality. It has come to Our Clients attention that numerous individuals are infringing upon his Personality/Publicity/Celebrity//biopic/life rights, by falsely asserting and misrepresenting their authorization to create a film or biopic based on his life and personality whether directly or indirectly, his lawyer stated. He also threatened to press charges against anyone involved in doing so. Please be informed that legal action, both civil and criminal, will be pursued against anyone found guilty of infringing upon Mr. Sukesh Chander Shekhars rights, particularly regarding his personality, literary works, and biopic rights. Such infringements can lead to severe legal consequences, he said. He added that Sukesh is a man of repute and enjoys goodwill in the Indian Film Industry, various business houses and Political Circles and holds goodwill and reputation both nationally and at a global level. Further, he informed that Sukesh has already licensed, assigned and/or otherwise dealt with all his rights in relation to, inter alia, his personality, attributes and life story and events to a third party and public at large is warned and cautioned to refrain from exploiting our clients personality and his life story, events, incidents, whether directly or indirectly, in any manner whatsoever.
