The process for reorganizing dists, tehsils, blocks starts: CM

Chief Minister Mohan Yadav said that in March 2024, a proposal was made to reorganize the administrative units of the state. Following this, the process of reorganizing the states divisions, sub-divisions, districts, tehsils, and development blocks is being initiated. Public representatives and the general public will be able to submit their suggestions and applications to the Commission. After reviewing these submissions, the Commission will present its recommendations to the state government. Proposals regarding the boundaries of urban areas can also be submitted to the Commission. The Commission will begin its tour of various divisions starting in November, with a 4 to 6 month window for submitting applications and representations. To ensure public convenience, the process will be widely publicized, allowing people to easily share their suggestions with the Commission. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav shared this information during his address at the Cabinet meeting, which began with the rendition of the song "Vande Mataram" in the ministry. Yadav emphasized that employment generation is the utmost prioity for the state government. To maximize employment opportunities, 11 departments are working in coordination. An action plan is being formulated to create employment opportunities over the next four years, in collaboration with departments such as Industry, MSME, Agriculture and Horticulture. As a result of the ongoing Industrial Conclave in the state, efforts are underway to ensure that skilled labor is available for the new industrial units being established, while also providing employment to the states youth.He also mentioned that the recruitment processes of the Staff Selection Commission and Public Service Commission are being initiated. Approximately 1 lakh positions will be filled across various departments, with the recruitment process being conducted as part of a larger campaign. It is a delight to offer the common man the opportunity to fly for just Rs 999. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav extended his congratulations and best wishes to Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi on the inauguration of the states sixth airport in Rewa. He highlighted this as a significant achievement for the Baghelkhand, Bundelkhand and Vindhya region noting that it will not only enhance public convenience but also accelerate the pace of development.Dr. Yadav expressed his pleasure in offering the common man the opportunity to travel by air for just Rs 999 as part of the governments efforts to promote air services. Additionally, air travel between Indore and Ujjain is being offered for Rs 1500. He urged ministers and public representatives to promote air services within the state, emphasizing that this initiative will provide the common man with the opportunity to experience air travel. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav announced that soybean procurement in the state will commence on October 25, with over 3 lakh 44 thousand farmers already registered. The procurement will take place at more than 1,400 centers with farmers receiving an MSP of Rs 4892 per quintal for their soybean. He instructed all ministers to oversee the arrangements at these procurement centers.In addition, Yadav stated that, in view of the upcoming Diwali festival, the salaries of all state officers and employees will be disbursed on October 28. The state will promote the establishment of Mineral-based manufacturing units. Yadav announced that the Indian Road Congress was inaugurated in Bhopal on October 19 in the presence of Union Minister Shri Nitin Gadkari. During the event, the state received approval for Rs. 9,390 crores for seven road projects, with an additional approval of Rs 20,403 crores for 27 more roads expected soon from the Central Government.
