CM Mohan Yadav activates his BJP membership

State party unit chief Vishnudutt Sharma, organisation general secretary Hitanand Sharma, and Chief Minister Mohan Yadav were among the top Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leaders who activated their party memberships on Friday. They were participating in the Sangathan Parv of the party.Sharma conferred active membership on Chief Minister Yadav at the BJP state headquarters. The BJP state and district membership teams facilitated active membership for Sharma and Hitanand.After becoming an active member, Chief Minister Yadav said that the active membership campaign will enthuse workers to strive for the development of the nation.Yadav expressed confidence that the active membership drive in the state will also create history, like the recently concluded membership campaign.Speaking on the occasion, the state BJP chief declared the opening of the active membership campaign in the state and noted that party workers in Madhya Pradesh have enrolled over 1.53 crore new members to surpass the target."On Saturday, party workers across all blocks will strive to create history by becoming active members in large numbers," he said. While expressing pleasure at becoming an active member of the worlds largest political party, the Chief Minister said that active membership strengthens the internal democracy of the party."Becoming an active member of the BJP is not only a source of personal satisfaction but also a means to achieve the fundamental goals of Indias progress and development," he stressed. Yadav called upon all party workers in the state to become active members of the BJP, which is progressing with the commitment of "Nation First" under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He urged workers to contribute towards empowering the BJP further.A host of BJP luminaries attended the event. Notable among them were State Membership Campaign Coordinator Bhagwandas Sabnani, State Minister Rajneesh Agwal, senior leader Shailendra Sharma, State Media In-Charge Ashish Usha Agarwal, Gwalior Division In-Charge Vijay Dubey, District President Sumit Pachauri, Municipal Corporation President Kishan Suryavanshi, and District General Secretary Ravindra Yati.
