Koh-e-Fiza police have paraded miscreants who were involved in attacking a property dealer late in the night on August 3 at Shalimar Apartments. More than six miscreants entered a flat in Shalimar Apartment near VIP Road Karbala in Bhopal and shot a property dealer on the night of Saturday and also attacked with a sharp edged weapon on his head. The injured were admitted to a private hospital for treatment where the condition was stable reportedly. In this case, the police  started an investigation by registering a case of attempted murder on the complaint of the injured victims wife. Police registered case against four accused. In this, the three main accused Firoz alias Baba, Adil alias Bachcha and Shahid Ansari alias Itarsi were arrested by Vidisha police. They were sent to Vidisha jail after action under the Arms Act. Five days after the incident, Kohefiza police arrested the main accused of the case, Farukh alias Meter resident of Jahangirabad and Hrithik resident of Shahjahanabad. Processions of both were taken out near State Bank Chauraha police station Kohefiza. TI Bijendra Merscole said that Shafi Hasan alias Golu (37) works as property dealer. He lives at Shalimar Apartment, Karbala. His wife Sumbul Ali came to the police station at 4 am on Sunday and filed a report. She said that at 3 in the night armed miscreants Firoz alias Baba, Shoaib Anna, Shahid Itarsi, Adil Bachcha and 2-3 other people came. As soon as they spotted the victim Firoz opened fire while Shoaib, Shahid and Adil attacked with a sword. The police said that the complainant has not given any reason behind the attack. Shafi had a plot in Khanu village Kohefiza. He had a dispute with some people regarding the possession of this plot. Police are also investigating the angle of attack due to a property dispute. Injured Shafi has an old criminal record. Many cases are registered against him in Nishatpura police station. They are also investigating the angle of old enmity
