BJPs State General Secretary and MLA Bhagwandas Sabnani expressed his gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav, State Chief Minister Mohan Yadav and BJPs State President and Khajuraho MP Vishnudutt Sharma for the approval of the new rail service between Bhopal-Rewa in a press conference held at the BJP State Office on Sunday. He said that the people of Vindhya region have been demanding this rail service for a long time. On November 13 last year, Vindhya Ekta Parishad had demanded this rail service from Union Railway Minister Shri Ashwini Vaishnav in the Deepawali Milan Samaroh and he has given approval on July 25. This makes it clear how serious and sensitive the leadership and government of the BJP are about the problems of the people. BJPs State General Secretary and MLA Shri Bhagwandas Sabnani said that a large number of people from the Vindhya region live in the capital Bhopal. About 50 thousand people live in the South-West Assembly constituency of Bhopal, while their number in Bhopal Lok Sabha constituency is more than 4 lakh. At present, only Rewanchal Express is the direct rail service available between Bhopal and Rewa, in which it takes two months to get reservation. In such a situation, the demand for another rail service other than Rewanchal Express has been going on for a long time. During the assembly elections, on November 13, Vindhya Ekta Parishad officials Sunil Pandey, Vandana Dwivedi and councilor RK Singh Baghel had demanded this rail service from Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav present in the Deepawali Milan program, then Ashwini Vaishnav had assured that if you make Bhagwandas Sabnani an MLA, we will try to start a new rail service. Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav ji called on July 25 and told that he has approved this rail service. He said that getting the approval of the rail service in such a short time shows how promptly the BJP leadership and the government work to solve the problems of the people.State General Secretary and MLA Shri Bhagwandas Sabnani read out the letter written by Union Railway Minister Shri Ashwini Vaishnav regarding the approval of the rail service and congratulated the people of Vindhya region on his behalf on the approval of the new rail service.
