PRSIs dialogue programme on PM Surya Ghar free electricty scheme

The governments scheme which develops the society and builds a better society should be welcomed. PM Surya Ghar Free Electricity Scheme is also such an ambitious scheme which is necessary in the interest of the society. This was said by senior journalist and political analyst Shri Girija Shankar in a dialogue program organized by the Bhopal chapter of the Public Relations Society of India. While presiding over the program, he said about the PM Surya Ghar Free Electricity Scheme that there has always been talk of development, but if work is done which brings prosperity in the life of the society and the individual, then that is called true development. Girija Shankar said that we have tried to exploit the natural resources. We are also seeing many adverse effects of climate change. While discussing about the old Town and Country Planning of Bhopal, he said that earlier it was ordered at the government level that four fruit trees must be planted before construction, but now it has ended. If people are made aware, then a better society can be built by using natural resources in a restrained and balanced manner. The outline of the dialogue program organized at 9 Masala located at local Bhopal Haat was given by Manoj Dwivedi, President of PRSI Bhopal, in the form of a welcome speech. In the program, the main speaker Saurabh Srivastava, Deputy Chief General Manager (NCE) Madhya Kshetra Vidyut Vitran Company Limited Bhopal and Om Prakash Mehra, Solar Energy Expert expressed their views. Deputy Chief General Manager Saurabh Srivastava discussed in detail the work being done by the Energy Department regarding the PM Surya Ghar Free Electricity Scheme and the delivery of this scheme to the consumers. He told that now solar power plants have been installed at many places in Bhopal and consumers are getting benefited from it. He also told that the Central Government is also providing subsidy of Rs 30 thousand per 1 kilowatt, Rs 60 thousand per 2 kilowatt and Rs 78 thousand per 3 kilowatt or more to the consumers on installing solar power plants. The other speaker of the program, solar energy expert Om Prakash Mehra gave information about installing solar power plants at peoples places and its maintenance and guarantee warranty. In the end, a question-answer session was also held in which DGM NCE Shri Shankar Agarwal resolved the queries of the people. At the end of the program, Secretary of PRSI Bhopal Chapter Shri Pankaj Mishra expressed his gratitude to everyone. A large number of public relations personnel, journalists and others participated in the program.
