Mask making workshop held

Regional Museum of Natural History, Bhopal organized Mask Making Workshop on July 24, 25 & 28, 2024 to mark the International Tiger Day-2024. Twenty underprivileged students from Parvarish - the Museum School, Bhopal participated in this workshop. During the inauguration session on first day of workshop (24 July, 2024), Head of Office of the Museum Dr. Beenish Rafat welcomed all the participants and informed them about the importance of Tiger and its Conservation.  After the inauguration, Arvind Anupam, Modeller of RMNH, Bhopal facilitated the participants with the demonstration to create 3D Model of Face of Tiger. Participants also made 3D Models of Face of Tiger with soil under the guidance of Arvind Anupam. The workshop continued on July 25, the participants learned to paste several layer of old newspaper with the help of fevicol on the face of tiger which was made on first day. During the workshop, Scientist-C Shri Manik Lal Gupta detailed about the ecosystem services of tiger.
