Another big action by Excise Department Ujjain against illegal liquor storage. Under the direction of Collector Neeraj Singh and guidance of Assistant Excise Commissioner  Rajnarayan Soni,  on the basis of a tip off to the In Charge Officer  Sunita Gehlot Malviya in Circle Mahidpur, the Excise Team Mahidpur conducted a search in the residential house of village Tarot. Illegal liquor including 07 boxes of paper cardboard, in which 300 pieces 54 bulk liters of liquor were recovered,  in 06 boxes country liquor plain and 20 cans of Beer Bolt Super was Strong was recovered in 01 box,  total 64 bulk liters of liquor, was taken into possession by Excise raid team. Whose total estimated value is Rs 23400.  Circle In Charge  Sunita Gehlot Malviya, Excise Sub Inspector, registered a case against accused Vijaypal Singh, son of Ishwar Singh, resident of Tarot, Police Station Jharda, Tehsil Mahidpur. A case was registered under section 34(1) a and 34(2) of the Excise Act and the accused was arrested and after being produced in the honourable court he was sent to jail and the case was taken up for investigation.
