Madhya Pradesh High Court has granted two months bail to a college student accused of molesting a minor girl, with the bail conditions including community service at a hospital. The court noted that the BBA student belongs to a "good family" and, as a "chance to improve his conduct," ordered him to do community service at the Bhopal District Hospital every weekend for the next two months. The High Court directed that the accused must help the patients coming to the government hospital, assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the hospital, and aid in the patients registration work. According to the court, this instruction was given keeping in mind the age and future of the accused so that he can get an opportunity to come into the mainstream of society.
