Theories about the Universe are growing, getting stranger, while always seeming to prove Einstein’s thinking. One of the latest theories about the Universe is that it is a ‘being’ of some sort. We think the Universe is big (and it is by our standards) when, in fact, it could be quite tiny by other standards. And if you accept that the Universe is a being, then all the other theories about the Universe that are circulating at the moment seem a little pedestrian in comparison. This, luckily, will not stop us from having more and more theories about the Universe.
