Know what they have said.

"All international players come to play in the IPL. You really can't compare IPL and PSL. I think IPL is on a different level," Wahab said in an interview with a YouTube channel.
He added, "The way they organize the tournament is completely different. IPL cannot be compared to anyone, but PSL is the best league after IPL."

Wahab says that the level of bowling seen in PSL will not be found anywhere in the world, not even in IPL. He went on to say, "If you notice, there are not many high scoring matches in PSL and this is due to a brilliant bowling attack. The main difference between IPL and PSL is that every team in Pakistan's T20 league is a great team in the bowling department. "

This year IPL and PSL could not be fully organized, both these leagues were postponed due to the alarming Covid-19 situation. On one hand, PCB is considering the June window for the remaining matches, on the other, BCCI is planning the remaining matches of IPL in the second week of September after the England tour.
