SAILs 52nd AGM: Chairman emphasizes stakeholder engagement and proactive growth

Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) conducted its 52nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) today at the companys headquarters in Lodi Road, New Delhi. The meeting, held virtually, was presided over by Amarendu Prakash, Chairman of SAIL, who addressed the shareholders.   During his address,  Prakash highlighted SAILs unwavering commitment to strengthening engagement with stakeholders and improving asset utilization. He emphasized that the company is taking proactive measures to remain ahead of industry challenges and opportunities. SAIL will continue to engage with stakeholders, improve asset utilization, and proactively stay ahead of the curve, the Chairman remarked.   The AGM also served as a platform for the company to review its operational and financial performance over the past year. Amarendu Prakash further reassured shareholders of SAILs focus on sustainability and innovation, which will drive the companys future growth.   In closing, Chairman Prakash reaffirmed that SAIL will remain dedicated to adapting to market dynamics, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering value to all its stakeholders.
