The other seats went to Rashtriya Janata Dal (4), Janata Dal United (2), Rashtriya Lok Samata Party (3), Nationalist Congress Party (1) and Indian National Congress (2).Chief Minister Nitish Kumar's JD(U) had lost its deposits in 23 out of the 38 seats in the last Lok Sabha elections. JD(U)'s symbol is Arrow whereas RJD's symbol is Lantern. JD(U)'s symbol is Arrow whereas RJD's symbol is Lantern. LJP fights on Hut symbol and RLSP will fight on its symbol of Fan and HAM's symbol is Phone.This time, the opposition 'Mahagathbandhan' in Bihar on March 22 had announced its seat-sharing formula for the 40 Lok Sabha seats in the state, with Lalu Prasad’s Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) set to contest on 20 seats, Congress on nine, Upendra Kushwahas's RSLP on five and Jitan Ram Manjhi-led HAM-S on three seats.All the parties in Bihar are bracing up for the 2019 Lok Sabha polls.
