Meanwhile, Mumbai will continue to face high humidity and the rise in discomfort will also increase from Thursday as minimum temperatures too are expected to rise.
In certain places including Vidharbha the temperatures are around 40 to 41 degree Celsius, which is the normal temperatures during this season," he said.
"While the maximum temperature would be around 34 degree Celsius the minimum will rise to around 26 to 27 degree Celsius, which will make the city even warmer.
Currently, there are no weather systems so these hot conditions are likely to continue in Mumbai till next week," said Rajesh Kapadia a private weather forecaster.
"However post two weeks- in around end of April, we can expect the temperatures to rise.
