Meerut: Addressing a gathering of BJP workers organised at a marriage hall in Shamli district, MLA Sangeet Som launched scathing attack on opposition for demanding proof of casualties in air strikes. "Opposition demanding proof of air strikes should be tied to the fighter planes and shown proof," he said.In his brief speech, he also claimed that had forces stayed for two more minutes, India would have annexed Pakistan's Lahore. It is so close that had our forces stayed for two more minutes , I am sure we would have hoisted our flag in Lahore," MLA Som said.Highlighting the achievements of Yogi Adityanath government in Uttar Pradesh, Som pointed out that the exodus of Hindus in Kairana which began due to deteriorating law and order in the erstwhile government was arrested after BJP came to power. "Now criminal fire one bullet, police retaliates with hundred," Som said. "Balakot (where the airstrikes happened) is very close to Lahore.
