Prima facie is their negligence; however, we are verifying the reports, Since the case needs specialized investigation, the case has been transferred to the Crime Branch.’ The hotel general manager and manager have been arrested in the matter while the owner remains absconding. DCP, Central Delhi, Mandeep Singh Randhawa said, ‘We have arrested hotel’s GM and manager.
