In a heartfelt ceremony held at the Main Auditorium of the Human Resource Development Department, Bokaro Steel Plant, retiring employees who bid adieu in April 2024 were honored. The event, graced by Chief Guest Harsh Nigam, Chief General Manager (Materials Management), commenced with a warm welcome by Assistant General Manager (Personnel) Dr. Nanda Priyadarshini. Dr. Priyadarshini provided insights into post-retirement benefits and presented each retiring employees biodata.    Harsh Nigam, in his address, congratulated the retiring employees for their dedicated service and wished them a fulfilling retired life. He also presented them with service certificates and tokens of appreciation. A total of 61 employees, comprising 6 executives and 55 non-executives, bid farewell in April 2024. The program was conducted under the guidance of Dr. Nanda Priyadarshini, Assistant General Manager (Personnel).   Additionally, a separate farewell ceremony was organized for  Ved Prakash Upadhyay, Chief General Manager (Refractories), in the Directors Conference Hall. Executive Director  C.R. Mahapatra, along with other dignitaries including Suresh Rangani (Executive Director - Finance & Accounts) and Rajan Prasad (Executive Director - Personnel & Administration and Additional Charge), graced the occasion.  C.R. Mahapatra presented him with a memento as a token of remembrance. All attendees extended their best wishes to  Ved Prakash Upadhyay for his future endeavours.
